Search by ZIP code

Overview

Clients can search for available appointments based on ZIP code. If you are unable to schedule an appointment or cannot find an appointment that fits your schedule, consider contacting your school's legal provider directly.

 Instructions

1. To find the school or schools that offer immigration legal services closest to your ZIP code, enter the ZIP code into the search bar. Then click Search.

2. Campuses nearby the ZIP code will be shown as options. Choose the campus that you attend or are affiliated with.

3. Select the appointment type you would like to schedule if prompted. Some campuses will also ask you to select a Caseworker.

 Campuses can offer Virtual or In-Person (On-Campus or Off-Campus) services. For in-person appointments, confirm that you are able to travel to the campus for the appointment. If not, search for virtual appointment options.

4. Select a date and time then click Continue.

  If there are no appointments available for your search criteria, try to

1. • Adjust the search from Virtual appointments to In-Person appointments or vice versa.

   • Search for Virtual appointments at a nearby campus.

   • Switch Caseworkers if that is an option.

   • Rarely, no appointments are available. In that situation, contact the email or phone number provided for more assistance.

5. Complete the intake form and schedule your appointment.
6. Look for the confirmation email and SMS text message with more information about the appointment.

  Check your Junk or SPAM email if you don't see the message within 5 minutes.

7. (Optional): Print the confirmation screen by clicking on the printer symbol. Add the appointment to your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon.
