Cancel an appointment from Email Link Overview Canceling an appointment can be done directly from the confirmation email communications. This article walks through the steps to cancel an appointment by using the link provided in the confirmation email. Appointments can also be cancelled through SMS text message. Instructions Find the confirmation email you received after scheduling your appointment through #FindYourAlly. The email will have a subject similar to, "Appointment Confirmation for Immigration Legal Services," with the sender, lsapsupport@foundationccc.org. Click on the red Cancel Appointment button in the email: Note the reminder to reach out directly to your legal provider if you are canceling within 24 hours of your appointment. Their contact information (phone and/or email) will be included in the confirmation email for your convenience. It will open the following page in your internet browser. Click on the red Cancel Booking appointment to confirm the cancellation. Or you can choose to Reschedule.
