This article walks through the steps to reschedule an appointment using the reschedule link provided in the confirmation email.Appointments can also be rescheduled through SMS text message. Instructions Find the confirmation email you received after scheduling your appointment through FindYourAlly. The email will have the subject similar to, "Confirming Your Appointment," with the sender, lsapsupport@foundationccc.org. Click on the blue Reschedule Appointment button in the email: Note the reminder to reach out directly to your legal provider if you are canceling within 24 hours of your appointment. Their contact information (phone and/or email) will be included in the confirmation email for your convenience. 3. The Reschedule Appointment button will direct you to the FindYourAlly website. The original appointment information is displayed at the top in the navy blue box. The next available dates and times are visible on the calendar. Select a new date and time for your appointment then click Continue. 4. Enter your email address twice then click Confirm to reschedule your appointment to the new date and time.5.
