Look Up My Previously Scheduled Appointment

Overview

The "Look Up My Previously Scheduled Appointment" feature helps clients access details of a scheduled appointment such as the date, time, location, or other important information. This guide explains how to find and view information about a scheduled appointment with ease.

 Instructions

  1. Go to the #FindYourAlly website and click on the Look Up My Previously Scheduled Appointment button.

  1. Add the same information you entered when you booked the original appointment: First Name, Last Name, Email or Phone (twice), and Campus Location. Click Submit.

  1. After submitting the form, a green confirmation message will appear. You will receive an SMS text message or email with the appointment details depending on which contact information you entered.
  Note: If you don't receive an email or SMS text message, you may have entered incorrect information or your appointment was scheduled more that 48 hours in the past.
