Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Young immigrants who entered the U.S. before the age of 16 may be eligible for Deferred Action and work authorization. Deferred Action is temporary relief from deportation or removal action.

Currently, due to policy changes in the administration, as of 2017, only DACA renewals are permitted.
